It was my first time working with a realtor and my first time selling a home. I was amazed at how efficient Chad and Renee Rasmussen work as a team. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market.  After my initial meeting with Chad I found him to be very patient, trustworthy, reliable, and sincere. He took the time to listen to any concerns I had and explain the process of selling my home. Chad made me feel very much at ease.  My home sold so fast I never had the opportunity to meet Renee personally, however I spoke with her several times and liked her instantly.  She was always professional and got back to me in a timely manner. I trusted her advice and she always took the time to explain the contracts or answer any questions I had.  I felt Renee had my back when it came to reviewing and signing the contracts.  I was very impressed with the house photos and how they marketed and promoted the home. In fact so well, that the first day of showings were booked. Offers came in within just hours. I decided to cancel the rest of the showings because the first day's offers were so good. We happened to bump into Renee when she was showing other buyers homes.  Instantly we liked her openness and enthusiasm.  After chatting briefly we parted ways with her card in hand.  A few days later, while working, she reached out to me.  She was not pushy or arrogant- both characteristics I hate.
